Police were accused of beingness "heavy handed" today afterward four officers stormed a young couple's firm at 3am - because a caller claimed their babe was crying.
Chef Leander Pomfret, 24, and his girlfriend Kimberley Walker, eighteen, woke upwardly in the center of the nighttime to find the officers in their sleeping room demanding to see their two month old daughter Bianca.

"The next thing, I woke upwards to meet 4 police officers standing in my sleeping room. They were proverb 'Why didn't you wake upward when the baby cried?' - then said she had been crying for four to six hours, which was impossible.
"They were threatening to phone call social services. Kim got actually upset - she was heartbroken.
"I seriously couldn't believe it - finding four police officers in your sleeping room asking why your baby is crying.
"Nosotros have a tidy firm, Bianca is a perfect baby - healthy and happy and was only discharged by the health visitor this week, who said she was thriving.
"I am going to complain about it to the police because why should I have to pay for the front door, when they
have cleaved it?

A spokeswoman for Lancashire Constabulary said: "We responded to a caller concerned for the welfare of a baby which was reported to take been crying for several hours at an address in Blackburn.
"Officers had serious concerns for the condom of the people within the house and did everything within their
power to speak to the occupants earlier having no option other than to strength entry into the holding.
"Police force have a legitimate power to force entry into any holding to ensure the safety and welfare of those within and the officers who attended the address acted accordingly and legitimately in view of the concerns which had been raised."
